    I appreciate your new design, however, I find the site hard to navigate and the gray color is hard to see. I really miss having the number of items in each category, that told me if I had to check to see any added items.

    I like the details and care tips section. When you are ordering on line it is nice to know how many zippers and slip pockets there are and where they are.

    I appreciate the new design and there are some new helpful items, however, it’s slow to navigate and it freezes up about every third time that I attept to open an item to view. I had to keep clicking the back button and finally I just gave up trying to get around the site. I also miss the number of items in each category. Hopefully, it will be fine-tuned soon!

    Sometimes it’s better to leave things as they are. I’m legally blind in one eye and always have troublel reading the gray print on pale background. As usual, handycapped are not thought of.

  7. I do not know how to navigate to find things, I liked it better when you showed the inside pattern with the purse. Love the Vera bags.

    Please consider putting a sort function back on the reviews. I do not have time to sort through 300 reviews but I like to see the most helpful ones (often gives uses I would not thought of otherwise) and the lowest stared reviews (allows me to decide for MYSELF if people are just being ridiculous–which is most often the case with VB products). Without these sort functions, the review section is useless to me. If sort doesn’t come back, I may make fewer VB purchases because I won’t have enough information to justify spending that much money.

    However, I do really like the option to view 2 or 3 per line. Good change there!

    I can learn to navigate a newly designed site, but it won’t help me read small type in low contrast colors. All Vera Bradley customers are not young with good eye sight. Please help the Grandmothers with easier to read type!

    Useful comment g’ma. Price of scarf? I didn’t notice, if it was listed. I wear scarves as often as possible. I enjoy the look and the warmth on the back of my neck. I knit many scarves but enjoy a nice silk scarf the most.

    I find the new website hard to navigate and a bit clunky. Also, when I open the site on my Kindle or iPhone the home page is too large. I do have the iPhone app for mobile shopping but I like to look at the visuals on the full site. I appreciate that you’re attempting improvements but it’s not there yet. I used to love the pop-ups on the old site and it was easy to tell what the specials were. The new site is cumbersome, and this is from someone who is on the young side and navigate technology for my job as a corporate writer. It looks like you’ve moved towards emphasizing Design, yet the Sales component has taken a back seat. Keep working on it; I love Vera Bradley.

    I don’t find the new design an improvement in general. It looks funny in some browsers (not everyone uses IE), and the gray/taupe/lavender theme/typesetting scheme is really hard to read. Bring back the number of times in each category, that was really useful on the what’s new and sale pages so I could see if there were updates or any new stuff posted that I would want to buy. Number of pages doesn’t really tell me anything and makes it less likely I’ll find something to buy.

    There are two things I like: the redesign of the “colors” page that shows the swatches, and the pages that compare the baby bags, backpacks, and lunch boxes. You should do comparison pages for the totes and handbags too!
