The color of the cause

Friday night was Girls’ Night Out at the 8th annual Tickled Pink event, hosted by the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. A silent auction, phenomenal food and wine provided by local vendors and a sensational set by singer Charity Vance made for a memorable evening of camaraderie for a cause that touches so many.

The event ended on a tremendous high note when Jill Nichols, Executive Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Relations, and Catherine Hill, the Foundation’s Executive Director, presented the IU Cancer Center with a check for $2.7 million. A sea of supporters, pretty in pink, erupted in celebratory applause. It was a beautiful night to continue the fight against breast cancer and rejoice in our progress toward a cure.

Love the idea of the STYLE WORKSHOP… and the Tea Garden fabric covering the table… would LOVE to be able to buy Material in Vera Prints for so many things including but not limited to CURTAINS, VALANCES, TABLE RUNNER, etc.
