  1. Such a Tease! They all look Georgeous for the Vera Bradley Winter Collection! Vera Bradley is coming out with so many Georgeous Patterns I can’t keep up! I Love them all!

  2. MoriahN says:

Wow! I don’t think I’ll get any of these colors, unless I win them of course, but I like it! Love the video!

  11. BrendaL says:

Loved the video…not so much the new colors. Still think Twirly Bird Pink is a better “pink ribbon” color. Really not a fan of that orange & sage in it. 😦 Hopefully Twirly Bird Pink isn’t going anywhere anytime soon….

  12. Tina Davis says:

Love all of the new winter colors!!!

  13. Janice Drew says:

Love them all. I might need an intervention. SOON!

  16. Sarah says:

Love the new winter patterns (so much more then fall!)

  17. Jennifer Brown says:

love all of the new colors…I just hope that some new styles of purses come out as all of my favorites were retired during the last 12 months (Lisa B., Maggie, Stephanie, etc)….and I really don’t like any of the current styles. Seems like everything is a crossbody, teeny tiny or big enough to hold a body! Come on Vera, I need some new styles not just beautiful colors!!!

  18. Erin says:

    Simply Beautiful!!

  19. Debbie says:

Vera Bradley sure knows how to tease a girl. From the brief look I got of the new winter colors I can tell they are going to be bright and bold. Can’t wait to see them in person.

  20. Gwen Smith says:

I am so tickled pink to see that you guys used the beautiful city of Chicago, which I call home to shoot these photos and video!!

  23. Missy says:

Really great patterns – I wish you would bring the cargo sling back.

  24. GrammarGirl says:

Hey, just thought you’d want to know it’s “gray,” not “grey” – at least on this side of the pond. πŸ™‚

  25. Jan Ferraro says:

So awesome for a Winter pick me up!

  26. Linda Kelley says:

LOVE that the shoot was in our graet city of Chicago….

  27. tammy middlecamp says:

LOVE Rhythm and Blues! LOVE!! I am so excited for Winter!

  28. Emily A says:

They are all beautiful! I love the Tea Garden, I cant wait!

  29. Lindsay Stansberry says:

Loved the first two patterns, though they are all beautiful. The umbrella will be a must have this winter for sure! And maybe a bag or two, since the only Vera’s I have so far are the night and day pattern, and are all diaper bag associated. Time for some goods for mommy! πŸ™‚

  30. I loved that you used Chicago as your background for the new Vera designs. It brought back fond memories of a girls’ trip I made there with my daughters. Of course, we were all carrying our Vera purses and using our Vera luggage.

  31. Sara Tate says:

Now that the LAST patterns are coming out before my due date, I can finally pick out my baby bag! This is gonna be tough though!

  32. blythe says:

Rhythm and blues is my favorite. Can’t wait to see them in person.

  33. purplicious2u says:

I want to see Tea Garden up close & personal!!!!

  34. Kristen says:

OK, nice colors a usual…I adore Vera Bradley! However, can we have some new patterns that aren’t florals? How about some plaids, stripes, tweeds or other patterns? I need more variety please!

  35. Ann says:

Some of the prettiest and wearable patterns I’ve seen from Vera in awhile.

  36. Jill Henry says:

Great Song — would love to know what it is!

  37. Sarah says:

I am sad to say I hate all of them!

  38. Kat Kate says:

I can’t wait to see the new collection! The colors look amazing, like usuall. Keep up the good work Vera Bradley1

  39. Brittney Bash says:

I have to agree with Sarah. They are not the best. I like the new Summer 2011 colors better. I mean they are okay but, just not the best. It’s so sad to see this coming from my favorite designer. Try to do better next time.

  40. I can’t wait to see the entire collection. Vera Bradley has become the purse line that my daughter and I just love. I have to say good-bye to Tig and Fossil and a big HELLO to Vera!

  41. Shearin says:

Please consider a Christmas pattern and/or a patriotic pattern for the future. Thanks.

  42. Danielle L says:

Wow, you hit it out of the park this time!! I love them all!!

  43. Tammy P says:

Love the new patterns! Can’t wait to own Floral Nightingale!!

  44. Lemon says:

im 14 and i feel like most of the colors this time around are a bit more middle aged, with more of a ‘versailles’ or ‘state blooms’ kinda feel, not the modern, young ones like baroque. but, there has to be some thing for everyone i suppose, and i do like rythm and blues, but the coolest is that new collection i saw!!!

  45. Great selections Vera B. πŸ™‚ I’d love to see a solid color piece in the collection sometime. Email me…I have some great ideas!

  46. marlys says:

looks like your classic bowler purse is not included in new winter patterns, bummer, it is a very good handbag, wonderful compartments….so i am hoping you come out w a new bag comparible to it in new winter colors…which are pretty πŸ™‚

  47. HGS says:

Love the new patterns! But really…I want the song! Who sings it or did it for you? My girls want to download it!!

  48. Virginia says:

It’s not even close to winter. Heck, it’s still summer for another 10 days or so! But the patterns ARE pretty…..

  49. I just love these new patterns and I love the Suzani it’s gorgeous!! Thanks for bringing these adorable patterns Vera, and happy birthday!

  50. Susan E. Orlowski says:

Really excited about the new pattern’s!!!! Looking forward to winter !!!

  51. Shelbie says:

I can’t wait!!! I love the Rhythm and Blues! I am already working overtime so feed my Vera addiction!

  52. dianfred says:

I looked the patterns over again. I just love, love, love Rhythm and Blues. It reminds me of Blue Rapsody that I dearly love, too.

  53. Fran says:

Ooooo big shout of Thank You to VB for the fabulous winter patterns and having my home town for the photo shoot canvas!

  54. Doris Kressly says:

Fall patterns were OK……..these are FABULOUS! (I did get the 100 handbag in Safari) I have a bunch of Blue Rhapsody so I won’t want much of the Rhythm & Blues……but I’ll be especially buying pieces of SUZANI. That pattern is just plain bright and beautiful. And something unique or special in the floral nightengale……….loving the purple and olive together. The tea garden gets me thinking spring.

Now I am wondering what new bag designs are on the way?

  55. Reba Tullos says:

    Great new designs!

  56. sandy gray says:

love the winter designs can’t wait sandy

  57. Aniqa says:

    Gorgeous!<3 LOVEEE VERAA BRADLEYY

  58. peachy trosper says:

all look very good cant wait to get new pattern and colors i always get 1 new color soon as they come out

  59. Kelly says:

Love them bu make more with green pls!!!

  60. I am sad to say I dislike them all. Floral Nightingale makes a lovely desktop, but, if the video and winter catalogue preview are any indication, it seems to photograph on the blue side of the spectrum, rather than the green. Rhythm & Blues, for as much as I adore paisley, is also too blue for me. (How about a pretty deep purple/turquoise peacock-inspired paisley?) Tea Garden is an assault on the eyes, reminding me a little too much of a vomit incident one of my 1st graders had this morning, though I appreciate the nod toward breast cancer awareness. Of them all, I most like Suzani, though I cannot stand all the gold muck cluttering up the background of the print — so distracting from the lovely oranges, turquoises, and purples! I like it as a desktop especially, as the gold is constrained to the bottom of the screen and the lush neutral black is more present. I think I may like it on smaller bags and wallets, but it is an absolute cacophany when used in massive amounts.

Wish there were more understated, demure tones like my fall favourite, Mocha Rouge, or simplistic two-tone designs like Twirly Birds Navy. In general, I am not a fan of these loud designs. I love and appreciate the desire to make winter colourful — but sometimes too much is too much!

For now, I will look continue to nurture my Mocha Rouge addiction and look forward to the spring collection. Please don’t let me down!

    • littlered says:

Sorry but I have to agree. Just haven’t been happy with most of the newer patterns in some time now. I do like the Folkloric and I guess that will be the next pattern I will get. I will as you said just wait it out until Spring because I do love Vera Bradley.

  61. Read my blog stopper blogger

  62. Brittany says:

    I LOVE LOVE!!!

  63. Angela says:

  65. Marie says:

O.K. I think I am beginnig to sense an addiction problem….I think you all need help! (Myself included, of course!)

  66. Shelley says:

*****Screams with excitement********. I love tea garden and can’t wait until the 22nd!!

  67. Karen says:

Really — a page of swatches would have been fine.

  68. Naiwen says:

Your blog’s very well designed. I can see you put a lot of effort into it. I love artists and gfx designers. I suppose you can use it for other purposes too.

  69. Erica says:

I absolutely love Vera Bradley, but the new colors were a big let down for me, as they are all remixes of past colors. Suzani is a mix of Symphony in Hue and Yellow Bird, Tea Garden is a pink version of Water Color, Rhythm and Blues is a mix of Peacock and Blue Symphony. I do absolutely love Floral Nightingale, as it adds a little something to the Plum Petals that I wanted to love, but couldn’t because something was missing. Β I am very excited for the new collection, I can’t wait for that to be revealed!!

  70. Danielle K. says:

I loveeeeee the Suzani pattern, can’t wait to get a Vera in it. Since I’ve already purchased EVERYTHING Mocha Rouge, I think it may be time to invest in a new pattern!

  71. Lisa says:

My 1 yr. old daughter loves the video…especially the music (who is the artist)…I’ve played it so many times I’ve now lost count. I think it’s because the scenes move so quickly that it keeps her entertained. I only wish there were closer shots of the patterns…a lot of them were far away…and, very fast glimpses. I’m looking forward to seeing them in person.

  72. Bethany Lopez says:

This was certainly a tease…you could hardly see the bags let alone the new designs because the scenes in the video changed so quickly! Please slow it down for next time, I actually kept pausing the video to try and get a good glimpse of your new products! Thanks.

  73. jess says:

love the colours… hopefully I can find some through ebay soon… it is so much fun being the only person in Queensland Australia to carry these bags… you wouldn’t believe the amount of times I am asked on the street about my laptop backpack in purple punch…. am still waiting for the day when I can purchase directly from the vera website!!!
    from Jess – AUSTRALIA!!!

  74. Cathy K. says:

Love Suzani -think that it will brighten
the weary dreary days of winter here in NYC!

  75. Lucile McMahon says:

Why don’t you ever do something is red.white, and blue? How about something with stars and stripes? How bout something patriotic?

  76. Ruth Pichaj says:

Oh, wow. Being a nurse, I think Floral Nightingale will be a must for me! So hard to resist. Thank you for bringing color and beauty to my life!

  77. Lindsay G says:

I’m excited to see all the options for these new patterns! They look chic and colorful for winter which is what I am always looking for! I love the song as well, what is it?

  78. Sandy says:

Have you considered a pattern to honor victims/survivors of 9/11? I love to show pride and honor for our country.

  79. nancee says:

Absolutely love the colours, great designs.

  80. shay says:

We need breakaway lanyards for the younger VB followers.

  81. Becky says:

I LOVE them all!!!! especially floral nightengale!!!!!!!!!!

  82. Sue says:

Would like to see new tote and wallet styles. Seems like only 1 new tote this release and a wallet that has already been done before. The colors are beautiful.

  83. Nita says:

i’m nita and i am indonesian
    Your blog is very interesting
    do you like batik?

  84. Emily says:

Oh my goodness!! So many awesome patterns, and I haven’t even bought anything in the fall colors yet! Teat Garden is my favorite! I was lucky enough to see some of these patterns at the VB store in Oakbrook.

  85. Amanda says:

    Suzani coming at me!!!

  86. Lisa Berry says:

Thank you so much for the wallpapers! I can’t take down my Mocha Rogue for a few months yet, but I am glad to know I have options come November. And great job with the patterns! My mom, my two sisters, and I each have one new color that “belongs” to us individually. This WILL BE a colorful winter!

  87. can’t wait ~! loved the video , it was pretty awesome . πŸ™‚

  88. Laura Pettigrew says:

Suzani is calling my name!! I love that one!!!

  89. Jude says:

I just love all my VB handbags and accessories. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing any of the new winter colors because they’re too similar to other patterns I already own. Oh well, I’ll have more money to spend on the spring line.

  90. KelseyJ says:

oh my gosh!!! Tea Garden and Rhythm and Blues!!! I LOVE IT

  92. Kathy says:

I would love to see Vera Bradley do a Christmas pattern for Winter. I loved the Hens-n-Holly pattern from years back. And Chanticleer with the chicken eggs. I think VB has used to much paisleys lately. Can you bring some of the classic patterns back?! Please?
